Where small groups meet big results.

Level up your training with Squad Sessions β€” small groups (2–4 max). Get personalised strength & conditioning twice a week, led by a coach who knows your goals and keeps you progressing.

Includes full gym access, unlimited classes, recovery hub, and all the community vibes.

RUN CLUB

LIFT & MOVE

Step into LIFT & MOVE β€” where strength meets skill. This twice-a-week class is built to help you move better, lift stronger, and level up your gymnastic foundations.

We combine strength training, movement patterns, and bodyweight control to build real, functional power. Whether you're chasing a cleaner pull-up or a stronger squat, this is where the work happens.

Focused coaching, smart programming, and a crew that lifts each other up β€” literally.

RUN

Hit the ground running with sessions tailored to all paces and abilities.

Whether you’re chasing a new PR, building endurance, or simply want to enjoy the camaraderie of a group run, these classes focus on improving technique, speed, and stamina while fostering a love for the sport.

Join us every Sunday morning at Trigg Beach for a free and fun social run! Our Run Club is open to everyone – bring your friends, family, or just yourself and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming vibe

The session includes a 40-minute run (20 minutes out and 20 minutes back at your own pace - yes, you can walk), followed by coffee and a refreshing dip in the ocean. It’s the perfect way to kickstart your day, meet new people, and connect with the Scarborough Training Team.
